International Order Delivery

We partner with trusted global carriers to move orders securely from our warehouses to destinations around the world. Shipments are processed with attention to handling, documentation and regulatory compliance to help ensure packages are accepted by local authorities and delivered to customers reliably.

Customs, Duties & Import Requirements

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges and clearance requirements are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at purchase. We provide necessary commercial documentation to facilitate clearance, but we cannot control or predict individual customs decisions.

Packaging & Protection

Products are packaged to protect against handling and transit stresses. Fragile or high-value items are packed using appropriate cushioning and reinforced boxes or cartons. Customers are encouraged to inspect packaging upon receipt and retain packaging in the event a damage claim is necessary.

Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Most shipments include a tracking number so customers can follow progress online. Tracking details are provided once a parcel has been dispatched. Proof of delivery (such as a delivery signature) may be collected by the carrier for certain shipments and retained in carrier records.

Insurance & Damage Claims

Shipments may be covered under carrier liability or optional insurance depending on the item’s declared value and service selected. In the event of loss or damage, retain all packaging and documentation, note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery paperwork, and follow the claims procedure outlined in our returns and claims policy. Timely reporting helps expedite investigations and resolution with the carrier.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

Certain items are prohibited or restricted from international transport by law (for example: hazardous materials, certain batteries, regulated chemicals, and items restricted by destination rules). Attempting to ship prohibited goods may result in delay, seizure, or return to sender. If an item is restricted, additional documentation or special packaging may be required to proceed.

Returns, Exchanges & Return Shipments

Return instructions and eligibility are governed by the returns policy associated with each order. When return shipping is required, instructions will outline how to prepare the package and which carrier options are acceptable. For international returns, customers should be aware of customs declarations for returned goods and any potential customs costs that may apply.

Sender & Recipient Responsibilities

Accurate delivery information (recipient name, address, and any local delivery instructions) must be provided at checkout to reduce the risk of delivery issues. The sender is responsible for correctly declaring item contents and value for customs. Recipients are responsible for providing any documentation or payment required by local authorities to clear their shipments.

Loss Prevention & Security

We take steps to minimize risk—secure packaging, verified dispatch procedures and selection of reliable carrier partners are central to our approach. High-value shipments may include additional handling safeguards to reduce exposure to theft or misrouting.
